I posted about my throttling issues here and "took the issue offline", reset everything that was asked of me stated I still have the same issue and no reply.

I just switched from at&t because I was told I would get 3g speed. Net worked fine for a week or so then my speed dropped down to .021mbps. If this is the speeds I'm to expect I'm switching back to at&t this is ridiculous!
