SIM card blocked LG 800G

Hi I bought the LG 800G phone for my son's 13th birthday on 7-31-11 and the sim card has been blocked since 8-2-11. I've called Net10 two days in a row and both times I'm either on hold almost an hour or the office is closed. Please someone help us. Thanks in advance

I have the LG800g and I bought the $50 unlimited monthly service card and my phone still displays "activation required". It's been 6 days, and I have a feeling that my service is going to expire before the problem is resolved. I've tried posting on the forum, but I can't reply to my own post, and I still can't respond to PM's. Is there any way I can just get my money back? I plan on going with another company, as I'm tired of getting the runaround with this phone.
