My phone was deactivated on the 25, I did not put new airtime pin on phone in time .later Igot air time pin got my phone activated ,two hours later it deactivated .Icalled customer service today to get phone reactivated when the guy was done he told me to turn phone off and back on ,then to update my prl and profile i did that.All that I can do is make and receive phone calls ,cant text or receive text,no internet ,code keeps popping up 67 up date profile ,and no 3G.

I am having the same issue and i am unable to call net 10 because this is my only phone!
