Can't upgrade and transfer number and minutes

I bought a new Samsung phone from Net 10 and want to transfer my old number, minutes and service days from my old LG phone. I attempted to activate by checking Activate/Reactivate and transfer number 6 times now. I enter my new phone like it asks and hit submit and then my old phone like it asks and hit submit and it takes me back to the log in screen to re-log in. I've tried it 6 times and it doesn't work. I need to activate and transfer my old number and remaining minutes and day to my new phone. Why will it not let me and how can I get this done? Customer service is closed something that has changed since Tracphone bought out Net 10 because back a few years ago when it was Net 10 only you could call 24 hours a day. HELP PLEASE! :evil:

same here, and I have been trying to contact them for weeks. I finally got a PM from them aasking for the serial # of the phone but when I reply to the PM it just shows up in the outbox and not the sent, and seeing as I have not heard back from them on the PM i sent 2 days ago I am guessing they are not sending. This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experianced for something so simple as transfereing a fliping phone number from one phone to another. How hard could it possibly be!!!!!!!

same problem here.
Called customer service 4 times and all I get is the run around.
They say there is something wrong with the system right now.
All the do is tell you wait 12hrs and they make a ticket but the tickets appear to either been closed shortly after they are posted or they are never updated.

I have a feeling that posting here is not going to help either if its a problem with their system.

Everyone Lindsey helped me the same night I first posted and I was able to transfer my number. However she told me it would take up to 72 hours for the old minutes, service days and the additional 60 days for first activating the phone to appear on my phone. It has however been over 120 hours and the 2775 minutes remaining and 17 days of service plus the 60 days for activating have not showed up on my new Samsung T401G serial number 35698703xxxxxx SIM card number 8901410325448566xxxx and my transferred number (707) xxx-xxx :roll:

COULD YOU PLEASE TRANSFER THE 77 TOTAL DAYS AND REMAINING 2775 MINUTES FROM MY OLD PHONE WHICH NOW SHOWS 0 TO MY NEW SAMSUNG PHONE!

WHY HAS THIS PROCESS BEEN SO DIFFICULT? WE NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS UNTIL TRACPHONE BOUGHT OUT NET10! :evil: :evil: :evil:
