Can anyone help me get my sdisplay screen, and phone working correctlly? My grand daughter, somehow got the display screen on the Enter the SIM PUK number, and now,I can't get my phone off of that screen. I even took the battery out! I can't get to the home screen, make, or receive calls, or texts. It stays on that screen. Is this situation hopeless? Someone HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

Try to remove the battery on the back of your phone while the phone is turned on. Please have it returned and turn it on. Provide us the outcome.
