My phone has been deactivated. WHY!!

Postby jbgdbg » Mon Mar 12, 2012 5:01 am

I tried to make a call this morning and it says "My phone has been deactivated" I have 329 minutes and the due date is 6/20/2012. I am spending more time on the phone with you guys than I want or need to. I ported my number to Net10 and from day one it has not been right. The number when I sign in to Net10 is not my number and I have read from other people that they have the same problem. CAN WE GET THIS FIXED!!!!

It's time to add minutes to my son's net 10 again. Added the minutes and once again it has been deactivated, month after month it takes hours of being put on hold, same questions, same answers, you shouldn't have any more problems, the phone gets activated, and ten minutes later is deactivated. eventually, after a week or more, they get it right. If they can fix it after a week and make it right, why can't they do it the first time. Fed up with ' Your phone has been deactivated" What is the problem with your not so smart phone Net 10?

I have the same problem. It's been 3 days now. Talked to 3 people and they have no ideas how to fix it and they keep hanging up on. Talking about rude. I though net10 was good. Anyone know how to fix it. I put 25 dollars card on it and my minutes is being waste. Why I can talk to customer service and can't call anyone else. The phone is active but when i make call it's say it's deactivated. What the heck is going on
