Can't buy any more minuets, service expires tomorrow!!!

Ok, So I had 30 service days on my phone and I enrolled in the $15 easy minuets plan.
then I got 60 service days, at the end of the 3rd month (i think) My card was rejected, I still had an extra 30 service days, so I figured I had time to fix it, my service expires tomorrow, and I went online to re-enroll, and it said "updates for your phone" so I went through the steps, and the only option at the end was 'home' so I tried to purchase again, and got the 'updates' message, so I went through the steps again, this time I restarted my phone afterwards, and hit home, then tried again and it still said updates...
I called the support number and it said "15 min wait" I was on hold for over an hour when I hung up.
I tried to use the online support page, and it broght me back to 'updates'.

So This is the only chance I have left.
