I see on the forum that MANY people have trouble transferring their existing service and minutes to a new phone. Me too. Both my old and new phone are showing inactive, although I have over 3000 minutes and 26 days left on my old phone. Please help me.

Save yourself the headache and frustration. Keep your old service. NET10 has false, and misleading advertising, which should grant them legal action fairly soon.
