I added 200 minutes to my husband's phone when he had 60 minutes left. Now he only has 4 minutes left since the minutes weren't added, even though the transaction was made. Now I checked to see what was the problem and it says that there is a pending transaction. The minutes haven't been added nor can I add any more. He is out of town, is an old person and he needs the phone. He can follow all the instructions that are given: Menu, Prepaid...enter code. That is why I am the one who adds the minutes. I have tried to talk with someone by phone and once I enter the number it says the same thing every time: transaction pending and that I have to call later if the problem persists. The call says to wait more than the 15 minutes. The minutes were added on Saturday. Please, my husband needs that phone working.
