I actually got this to work. I deleted all APN from the phone rebooted and then created the APN with the information below. It worked that way. I was able to duplicate this 2 times now with success. I also think it had to do with them resetting some information on their end also.

1.Create a new APN with the following values:
APN Name: NET10
MMS Proxy: 220.127.116.11
MMS Port: 80
2. Delete the current APN from your phone.
3. Turn your phone off and back on.
