In December I updated my credit card information on the website to ensure my billing would be taken monthly without interruption. Somehow Net10 canceled my enrollment in my monthly service plan and deactivated my phone. I immediately called them and asked to have my service reestablished and my number that I had for the past two years returned. Within less than 24 hours they had sold my number and refused to get it back. This is the second time they have canceled my service without warning. Avoid them if you want consistent and reliable service.
