I have a net 10 supply your own phone plan. It is unlimited everything. As usual my net 10 data has been suspended. What I don't understand is if it is truly unlimited why do you guys keep locking my data after so much usage, and why don't you guys send a text message letting the customer know that they are close to that limit however amount that would be. I have net 10 with three different accounts. One for me and one for each of my children and if you guys keep shutting my data off I am going to go with another provider. Please unthrottle me or whatever you guys do to get my data back on or I might just consult a lawyer about sueing net 10 for false advertisement. my phone number is 715-440-4413. my serial number is 103255607998151. this needs to be taken care of asap.
