After 1.5 Gb of data use do you guys cut the the data completly or do you offer 2g after that amount

To answer the question that was asked considering that the Net10 Reps are completely and utterly worthless. When you go over the 1.5 GB limit, you are throttled down to about .10-.25 kbps as your speed, which is basically slow ass dial-up speed that you cannot get anything to load due to the servers timing out trying to complete your request.

There is also the real big chance that they will completely cut you off from data service and tell you that you must wait until you renew your month and then it should return. That is also a complete lie from them, considering that everyone that works for Net10 is located over in the Phillipines, etc and have no clue on what to do or how to fix anything.

I would not even call the CS center as they will tell you that you have reached the limit and that you won't be getting it turned back on and if you do, it will be severely throttled down. Best thing to do to get anything remedied is to contact the Corporate Office in Miami, FL and ask to speak to the Office of Management of Tech Support and they are nice enough to assist you.
