First let me say I've been a net10 customer for four years. I had been satisfied with my service until my phone broke a month ago. I was hoping net10 would provide a free replacement because I am a longtime customer. No such luck. I had to buy a new phone for $50 and it didnt even come with minutes.
So I buy my new phone, try top activate it and it doesn't work. Call back and they say I need a new sim. Fine, another week goes by and I get my sim. Try to activate my phone, it works but for some reason they change my phone number. Why is it so hard to transfer a number from one phone to another?
Tried calling again, they said it would be fixed in an hour. That was last night and it still doesn't work. Please please help me or refund my money.
