scary to see all the problems everyone is having. my 17 day old phone shut itself off and wont come back on. best buy exchanged it for me and sat on hold with customer service for an hour before giving up trying to transfer my account. i have tried online but its just a vicious circle to nowhere, tried sending email and got no response so i guess this is the last resort before i kick net10 to the curb. PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY.
