I have reactivated my Net10 service today (it expired yesterday).
However, I'm unable to complete the activation because I have "No Service" displayed on my phone. Obviously, this is due to being in Mexico at the present time (where I'll be for the next 4 months).
My only reason for keeping my service active here is to retain my phone number. I use my phone plenty when in the USA and will use the carryover minutes then.
Question: Since I can't complete the activation process now, can someone from Net10 support assure me that I will not lose my phone number (or purchased plan minutes) during the 4-month period I'll be out of the USA?
Please, please, someone tell me this is not a problem.
