Samsung SGH-S275G only the PWR END button works

Samsung SGH-S275G NET10

I have a Samsung SGH-S275G phone. It suddenly stopped working. I just used it a few hours ago for calls and text - was working fine. Not any more. The only button that works is the PWR END button. I can only turn it off and on. No other function works and no other buttons works.

I have "bars" and I have service days and service minutes left. It maintains the correct time and date. When the screen blanks out appx 60 seconds (normal)- I can press the PWR END button quickly and the screen is restored. When I press the PWR END button and hold it for more than one second - the phone turns off normally. When I press the PWR END button and hold it for more than 3 seconds - the phone turns back on normally but no other buttons, menus or functions work.

Please help me to get it to work again.

When I connect the USB charging cable connector - it charges normally and indicates that.

I have tried turning it off and on. I have tried charging the battery fully. I have tried removing and re inserting the battery. I have tried removing and re inserting the SIM card. I have tried to connect the phone to my computer using a USB cable and the phone recognizes that it is being connected but i am unable to select USB Mode - Media Transfer because no buttons work.

Nothing works and I am unable to select anything - no menu -nothing.

I don't know if i am able to receive calls/texts or not - I haven't received incoming calls or texts within the past 18 hours.
<EDIT>- I just got an incoming call but was unable to answer - no keypad buttons work - only the PWR END button <END EDIT>

Hello Jude - I don't know what happened but, last night I was just checking the phone to see if any keypad buttons would work for any reason- and then suddenly the phone would work. it has been ok for the past 12 hours so far.

so- if you unlocked something for me - please tell me what you did - and thank you.

I was able to send simple-text texts but i still can not send a picture in a text - it keeps saying - Sending Failed "Service Unavailable"

i still can not use the browser - it keeps saying "Service Unavailable"

Im pretty sure incoming group texts still dont work for me either - is there a way you could fix that?
