Woodsben, this is a widespread issue that many of us are having, as we renew our plans. If you find a resolution let us know. Check and see if your MMS works, I bet it doesn't. They'll probably give you new APN settings, that'll fix your data problem, but not your MMS issue.
http://cur.lv/aeg83 has been updated with how to fix. You likely need to contact Net10 and request your SIM be re-provisioned. After this process, I restarted my phone, and data + MMS worked fine using default TFDATA APN settings.

I'm in this same boat with no data or MMS. My apps are dysfunctional and its making me dysfunctional too. My geolocation apps are making me paranoid. I'm not able to sync the Android tracker or receive Prey Project messages from another app. They've been working for months and suddenly just stopped. Yesterday I was blaming Google. We need some kind of acknowledgement NET10 is working on this. I just tried those new settings to no avail, but thanks for the info share. Much appreciated for your contribution.
