I am having the same problem
It took me over a week to get my number situation straightened out, they sent me a new SIM card and my phone worked GREAT!!!
For 2 days.
Now it says No Service, I can only make emergency calls, I've talked to customer support so many times I almost have their voices recognized by name and time of day it is.
I honestly don't have 2 hours to devote to sitting on the phone trying to resolve my phone issues. My bosses has already put me on notice with the late clock-ins, long lunch breaks, and the technical support is closed by the time I get off my second job. I've spent 6-8 hours of the last 2 days I've had off since the 22nd of June on the phone trying to get my phone working correctly. Technical Support on the website will not work for me at all. I enter my SIM number, then directed to a Buy Now PIN page, then nothing. The website simply stays on that page (even over night) on any of the 4 computer's I've tried it on.
Please let me know if they fixed your issue, and if your phone has worked well since.
