check data restrictions - 36

I am trying to access my browser and keep getting the message "check data restrictions - 36". Is there a way to resolve this issue?

I have the same problem! I already called customer service but it looked like they didn't have a clue what i was talking about or what to do about it. They sais i had to try it within an hour last night but it's still not working

I am having the same problem. I am in my home area and my phone shows "ROAM". When I try to use the internet on my new LG 900 I get "check data restrictions -36". Also when I receive a text message, the time that it says it is received is three hours behind the actual time I received it. For example, I just received a text at 10:01PM and according to my cell phone I received it at 7:01PM.

And while I am at it, I would like to switch back to my old net 10 number without having to have you send me a new Sim Card.

I have the same problem. And I'm in my home area. Brand new LG 900G phone just received on Friday afternoon and purchased the 750 minute 30 day plan. I also if at all possible would like to get my old number back.

I never got an email from you at my address, cbramblejr@live.com. And I can not figure out on here how to reply to your PM.

I am very frustrated with the service I am receiving with this phone. I am close to returning this phone and switching service to Straight Talk. I have not had roaming issues with my phones in over 12 years, and I've been a customer of Net 10 for over 2 years.

No one has contacted me directly at my email address I provided (**********@live.com) and my service ends in one week. If I do not get this problem fixed ASAP, then I am going to ask for my money back and send this phone back to you because your service with this new phone of mine (LG 900G) sucks. And I'm not just talking about phone service, but customer service both over the phone (where you can't get anyone who's native language is English) and on here.
