LG501C Assistance

LG501C Assistance

Postby IcarusP » Sat Mar 03, 2012 9:30 pm

I need some help with my LG501C. I purchased it at Radio Shack in Fort Bragg, CA. I recently reactivated my 50 dollar 30 day unlimited service online. Now, when I did that, the phone was reactivated with a new phone number. This reset my lock code, which I had customized. The lock code is not the default of 1111. I know it must be the last four digits of my new phone number, but since the phone is locked I have no way of finding out my number. My question is, is there a way to find out my new number without having to call an emergency number and ask for what my caller ID says? This would really come in handy as I have a lot of information on the phone that cannot be saved, and I would like to save it. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I have not been a NET10 Forum member long enough to post responses to private messages. Is there some other way I can send you the information you requested?

I've been checking my email, but there are no new messages in my inbox. I checked my spam folder to see if they were sent there, but no such luck. I'm still unable to send private messages.
