Bad reception

Bad reception

I had a Samsung, which had great reception in my apartment. Now I have an LG and it has horrible reception. I called Net10 and was on the phone for over an hour. I reset all the settings on my phone and entered a ton of "codes." It seemed better when I got of the phone, but now we are back to horrible reception.

Also, it doesn't seem to make a difference where I am in my apartment. It does not seem to get better near a door or window. Sometimes it will say I have 3 bars and then quickly down to none.

Did u ever get your reception problem resolved? My reception is null even outside my apt. any advice would be appreciated. Bohomama :D

This problem has been going on ever since I bought the phone 2 weeks ago. Would I be able to return it and try a different phone? I have already been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and the issue still has not been fixed.
