I recieved a strange call on a different cell phone carriers phone from net10. They asked if I was having problems with their service. I thought it was some scam. So I told them if I have a problem I'd call them and hung up. Two days later... I have no phone service. No way to contact Net10. My account is current. I am set up with the 45 dollar monthly billing plan.

We can not add the monthly payment continue to get the Invalid Credit Card Error message. We have tried 2 different cards and receive the same thing. Fix this soon

I purchased a $50.00 unlimited air card this evening, but when trying to add from reserve, I get this nonsense:

"We are going to add the following Monthly Plan: 750 MINUTES 30-DAY MONTHLY PLAN

--Why would you add 750 minutes when I purchased an unlimited $50.00 card?--

Fix this asap...

...and put together a decent way for customers to contact you.

Customers with phones need use of their phones at the CUSTOMERS choice and convenience, NOT when Net10 "service" feels like responding to an online message.

And for your information Net10, many times, when phone problems occur, people are NOT near a computer to go through this time consuming waste. And there's no option to call you because you refuse to add the minutes we've just purchased. WTH... What's up with that?

Fix this problem with my minutes ASAP & do something about your failed customer service system.

Details:
When I attempt to add the unlimited airtime from the phone handset, it puts the card in reserve, then generates this message: "To add this card from your reserve, visit net10.com and select add airtime."

So I go to net10.com and select "add airtime online"...

I enter the pin, and my phone number, and get a RED messages stating: "The Airtime PIN entered is already in your NET10 Reserve" --

Nothing changes...No airtime is added, I still have zero minutes...

So I go back and try the second online option: "Add an airtime pin already in your reserve"

From there I add my phone number and the last 3 digits of my serial number and click "SUBMIT".

I then receive a popup message telling me "We are going to add the following Monthly Plan: 750 MINUTES 30-DAY MONTHLY PLAN

This plan provides the following benefits:
-30 Days of Service
-750 Minutes

Please remember, that if you add this plan Now, you will lose your remaining Balance and/or Service Days currently on your phone.

Do you want to add this Monthly Plan to your phone now?
YES or NO

Of course I do NOT select YES, because I did NOT purchase 750 minutes, I purchased an unlimited 30 days for $50.00, not a 750 minute card.

Why can I only have 750 minutes? I paid $50.00 for unlimited minutes and I would like them added immediately. Please correct the issue asap.

No Shelly, you didn't reply to my posts. You sent me vague absurd instructions to "send you the serial number"

SEND IT WHERE, SHELLY, TO THE MOON?

How about acting responsibly and giving me the email address or url where I should send or submit the serial number. I've already wasted 4 hours trying to get service on this worthless portal....

WHERE DO YOU WANT ME TO SEND THE SERIAL NUMBER?????

To an email address? If so, what email address?

Via my handset? If so, provide instructions.....

I've now asked you five times to provide me with correct and adequate instructions for sending the serial number you requested...

I was instructed to use a "private message to send the serial number" But was not given instructions on how or where to access or compose a private message.

I've posted on the forum requesting the information on HOW and WHERE to send the serial number requested...No reply.

5 hours I've wasted on this nonsense.

And Net10's system refuses to accept attachments in txt, rtf or doc. If your system worked even that much, you would have my serial number right now.

The more complaints received by the following agencies, the quicker a business like Net10 is forced to be answerable and accountable.

I recently ran out of minutes on my phone, and i tried to access the unlimited minutes ive just put on my phone but then it keeps saying i wont be able to get them until 02/06/2013. So im stuck with no minutes until then. Thats a whole 2 and a half months i need my minutes now.
