I purchased more air time online that never made it to the phone. When I checked my account online I had a message stating I have pending updates click here to get your updates.
I was then instructed to do this
We have identified an issue with your phone and need to verify your programming.
From the main screen, press the key below MENU.
"Prepaid" is displayed across the top of your screen. Press the key below the word "OK."
Use the arrow keys to go to "Code Entry Mode" and press OK.
Press the* key, # key and the number 0. Press the OK key. "Parameter 00" is displayed across the top of the screen.
After I do this step the phone says Invalid Code 9
Enter the number that appears on your NET10 phone screen. When entering the number do not enter the zeros that may display before the number.
Press the PWR/END key to return to the main screen.
