I am having the exact same problem can someone please help ive tried every apn that i was given and still nothing what so ever

I have an E90 and saw the news that V400 was available to I updates the NSU and plugged in. trouble is, it will only let me upgrade to V300 - why is this? When I put my device code into the nokia site, it also says v300 is the latest version.
Why cant I have v400?????
