OK, my head is about to explode.
How difficult can it be? My son bought a new phone yesterday and just wants to have his same number ported to his new phone. It was purchased noon yesterday and still nothing.
Not only that, I have been unable to get through to customer service "due to high call volume", and have not been able to even fill out the form to create a new ticket so this gets addressed. And forget about talking to a live human being!
I like my service with Net 10, but this is inane!
