OK, my head is about to explode. :x How difficult can it be? My son bought a new phone yesterday and just wants to have his same number ported to his new phone. It was purchased noon yesterday and still nothing.
Not only that, I have been unable to get through to customer service "due to high call volume", and have not been able to even fill out the form to create a new ticket so this gets addressed. And forget about talking to a live human being!
I like my service with Net 10, but this is inane!

I've been waiting to transfer # from old net10 phone to newly purchased net10 phone.....since Saturday.

I've been trying also to transfer from old phone to new, keeping the same number, via the net 10 website, forget about it!!!! Can not create a user account, keep getting user name or password incorrect message, totally screwed up. Used to be able to add minutes on the old phone also just by calling them in. Now I try it, doesn't work, have to go to the website, cancell the phone attempt, punch in a bunch of codes, then finally get credit on the phone for time/minutes purchased. Been that way the past half of a year.

Impossible to talk to a real person, thought maybe try this forum as a last ditch effort. If this doesn't work in 30 days there will be no more Net10 for me.

Good luck getting help... you need to post in the forums 5 times before you can even PM a support person then when you finally seem to get through for help they tell you what you already know then offer no advice... i submitted my info to Net10 Ashley that was requested, over an hour ago with still no reply. Then you get replies to your post from other mods and seem to start all over... I have 2 phones with and If I don't see results I'll be switching to some other prepaid company
