I'm having the same problem. Enrolled in the Easy Minutes plan on 4-26-14 and minutes were immediately added to my phone, but no service days were added. After an hour on the phone, one customer rep told me the service days would be added when my current service period expired. I've been through this before and knew that's not the way it works, so I called to speak to another NET10 rep who transferred me to someone else. The third rep I spoke with finally added 30 days of service time to my account and told me it might take a couple of hours for the added service days to show up on my phone. I verified that the service days were added in my online account and waited, but it's now six days later, I've repeatedly tried powering my phone off and on, and my phone still doesn't reflect the service days that my online account says I have. Help would be greatly appreciated.
