Porting Out to Google Voice

Hi, I'm having trouble porting out one of my Net10 telephone numbers to Google Voice. They are asking for current (NET10) account number, Billing Account PIN, and the last four digits of my Social Security Number (which you do not have). Where can I get this info to send to them?

Hi, cs101. My name is NET10 Javier. Let us inform you that your account number is your serial/IMEI number. If your phone is under with our “Bring Your Own Phone” program, the account number is the last 15 digits of your SIM card number. We don’t use a password or PIN. Thanks.

Hi Javier,

I used the last 15 digits of my BYOP SIM, but it still does not work. I have tried many other combinations of information without success. The consensus from my Google searches on the problem is that I need to call Net10 and speak with the porting department because apparently there are many cases where your porting out database has the wrong zip code. What's the best number to call?

I am having the same problem. I've just been on hold twice - once for 30 minutes, another for 15 minutes, while operators search for my "correct" zip code. How can I find out this information? I cannot port my number without a zip code, and the service I'm transferring to has gotten replies from Net10 that my actual zip code is not valid.
