350 Rewards Points Email

I am trying to find out the answer to this.

I am currently a $20 Unlimited Plan customer.

I had 1,925 points which is close to a free month of service.

I randomly got an email yesterday that says "Congratulations You've Received 350 Points just for being a Loyal Net10 Customer."

I still see no sign of these 350 Points.

I tried asking Chat and they and the person they had call me didn't seem to know what I was asking.
