Code Entry Mode Invalid HELP!

Code Entry Mode Invalid HELP!

I transerred my phone # to net 10 today. My old # with AT&T is no longer activated. I went online and tried to add my $50 unlimited, but there was a message stating that I needed to go Code Entry Mode and enter a 2 digit code. Which I did. It tells me it is invalid. Therefore, I am unable to follow the remainder of the instructions or add my minutes. I can't call NET10's toll free number, because neither one of my phones is working. What's next Net10?
