I never complain, as a matter of fact this is the first time I have ever posted on a forum. I just have to say, Net 10 has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. My data has been disabled for over a week, they say I went over my limit. My phone keeps track and says that I have only used 184 mb. I rarely use data when I am not connected to wi-fi. Well it says it will be unblocked on May 23. It is now May 26 and I still can't use it. My money sure came out of my account right on time though.
My biggest aggravation is that you can't get in touch with tech support. I wasted two hrs trying. The times that I actually got a live person, they were extremely, and I mean extremely, rude, and then switched me to a recording. They refused to even answer my questions. One guy actually asked me if I could hear, I should've listened to the recording and switched me right back to it. I'm so frustrated.
