I'v been trying to get some help for hours and hours , after several ticket numbers that havent worked and your system has lost , I have now had to sign up for a forum , It's also hard to call your tech support number when my cell phone isn't working ..... I would really like some help , and i would deffintley never ever sugest a net 10 phone to anyone for this reason ... Going back to sprint next month , help please... Lg 900 no texts and no incoming or outgoing calls

oh god, its bad here, but its never so bad to go back to sprint.... lol

You cant call tech support if they do not answer the phone whether your phone is working or not; I have made 3 attempts in the last 24 hours, first one got busy signal, two subsequents just ring and ring. Its a simple problem I need to fix, just tell me how to do it.

I never complain, as a matter of fact this is the first time I have ever posted on a forum. I just have to say, Net 10 has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. My data has been disabled for over a week, they say I went over my limit. My phone keeps track and says that I have only used 184 mb. I rarely use data when I am not connected to wi-fi. Well it says it will be unblocked on May 23. It is now May 26 and I still can't use it. My money sure came out of my account right on time though.
My biggest aggravation is that you can't get in touch with tech support. I wasted two hrs trying. The times that I actually got a live person, they were extremely, and I mean extremely, rude, and then switched me to a recording. They refused to even answer my questions. One guy actually asked me if I could hear, I should've listened to the recording and switched me right back to it. I'm so frustrated.

I get this error:
"The Credit Card Number you entered is invalid. "

But it's valid.
