Auto-refill

If my phone has the expiration date of the 2nd and I signed up for auto-refill, when would the funds be deducted from my card? And at what time of the day?

And when will you contact me with a private message? How will I answer it since I need 5 post to answer private messages and I only have 3? It seems this forum likes to punish people have the least problems with their phones.

Hi darkwriter2011. My name is NET10 Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. If you will enroll in the Auto-Refill, the minutes will automatically be refilled on your service end date and your credit card will automatically be deducted by the system. Please make sure to enroll the phone prior to your end date so that there will be no problem with the enrollment. And make sure that you phone is on so that the minutes will be added. The minutes will be refilled any moment on your end date. Thanks!

What will happen if I don't refill my minutes by the end date and wait a day or two? Will I be able to reactivate the phone with the same number?

Hi darkwriter2011. My name is NET10 Charisse and I will be addressing your question. Yes, you can still reactivate your phone by adding an Airtime card. However, there's no assurance that you will still have the same phone number. Just make sure to add minutes on or before your Service End Date to keep the phone service active and to keep the same phone number. Thanks.
