Ticket status???

I would like to know the status of my ticket, #1043591388. I am trying to activate my new Net10 phone but am hung up on adding airtime. It says this service pin cannot be added at this time, try again later. My phone is only partially activated, I need to add the airtime so I can make a call which will complete the activation process. I am transferring my old phone number from AT&T to Net10. I just need to know if there is a problem or not. Some sort of information would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks so much, Frank. My phone seems to be working now, I have my airtime minutes and I just made my first call.
