Death Slow Data Speed

Death Slow Data Speed

Postby slowdataspeeds » Tue Dec 18, 2012 11:20 pm

Less than a month with Net10 and data speeds are death slow. Was able to watch youtube video pretty well for a few days at 250-300 kB/s, then it went down to a constant 21-26 kB/s which is unusable data speeds.

Do I need to drop Net10 in the very first month I have signed up and go to another phone company to get data speeds that will work :?:

Thank you for a quick response, very pleased with that.....

My BYOD phone number is 239 938 5392

Also, Please let me know if this will be a constant issue of slow data speeds.....I was thinking of bringing another family member over on the "family plan", but if data is going to drop off at these speeds on regular basis, I would have to leave the other phone with the another cell plan.

Hi slowdataspeeds. NET10 does not support streaming videos/music using its native browser, only through WiFi. You must understand that this kind of usage will have a great impact on the network and service level and may result into system issues. Please refer to Net10's Terms and Conditions paragraphs 18 to 20. Thanks.
