I have tried updating my phone and it freezes up on me! I have done all you suggested with no improvement,I have a FULL signal on my phone.I bought the Net 10 Android due to its UNLIMITED features,I paid $150.00 for this phone,I pay $50.00 a month for UNLIMITED features!Why has my data been turned off???? I have not been able to access my internet,and of my apps or features for 7 days now and I am getting ready to drop Net10 as my provider.I like to get what I pay for,if Net 10 does not provide Unlimited service,than I will no longer waste my time and money.

How many signal bars do you have in the phone, jgravel71? Please go to your phone's Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Updates > Update Profile and PRL. Check if it works. Thanks.



I have 4 full bars,phone freezes when I try to do update anything

I keep trying to update my PRL and I am getting a "NO NETWORK" and "NETWORK ERROR,PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER,ERROR CODE 67 NO WIRELESS DATA NETWORK AVAILABLE, would someone PLEASE fix my phone!

If my data has not been restored today,I am leaving Net 10 and finding another wireless provider

My service is up in a few short days and I will take my $50.00 and go buy a Virgin Mobile or Metro PCS phone

I understand that my data plan has been suspended due to data overusage, so my question is well my data be reinstated once i pay my bill for next upcoming month?

I have the same problem so my question is will my data be renewed for next month, if not i am most definitely will look into another carrier
