I am getting ready to switch over to AT&T to there $60/mo plan that they have and it includes 2 GB of Unlimited High Speed Data and if you go over, they allow you to purchase an extra GB for $10 or if they throttle you, you still have a decent connection at being throttled and not be screwed around by CS agents in another country

i am new customer with 4 phones activated and only been with net10 one month so i'm having the same problem with my wife's and daughter's phone, they shut the phone data off 2 days after the phones were activated. So i called net10 customer service several times to resolve and every time they send u to the recording to tell how not to use up data, this a ridiculous tactic. Every time u call them they say there looking u up and tell u that u used up the 1.5 gb data and i try to explain that the phones say data usage was only at 5 mb and that there's no way so they tell u there sending u to another department that handles it and they send u to the recording. And last nite mine and my other daughters phone rolled the data over cause it was a new cycle period and I am not surprised by the fact that the other 2 phone still have NO DATA... What is with this company no customer service!! :cry:

Same problem for me, no data service, new service just started and still no data.
