My Net10 account does not show up

My Net10 account does not show up

Postby shakeybob80 » Tue Jun 07, 2011 12:33 pm

When I log in to my account, i see my name and that is all. I upgraded my phone and after that, my account shows nothing on the website. Can Net10 fix this problem for me, without me calling customer service. It takes around 20 minutes or more for a customer service Rep. to get on the line and there goes my minutes, i have no land line.

If you take this issue offline, then i will be charged minutes on my phone and that's what i'm trying to avoid. It shouldn't cost you anything to call customer service but it does. When I call Net 10 it takes from 10 to 40 minutes on hold, and that's why calling customer service should be free of charge. You have my account information, so go and look at it. After I log in all I see is my name. I get an error code: A chanel exception has occurred:
Empty block name.
block(s)=[null]
When I go to add a phone. When I go to my account to change it, I get another error code that wont let me remove my old phone from my account.

Hi, taking the issue offline means thru a private message. Please send me a private message of your serial number for security reason. Thanks!

I don't understand why issues about the site need to be taken offline? You don't need a serial # to see the site is messed up.

Why does Che1 want to take the solution to this issue to private messages? I thought the purpose of the form was so that individual users can search and find where others had the same problem that he (or she) is having and find the solution to the problem. Seems like helping many people with the same problem on a one on one basis is very inefficient. But more and more to me it seems inefficiency is what Net10 is all about.

Scapegoat, I don't know why they want to take it offline. His response should be 'The problem is a known issue and is being worked on.'

However, since it's been a 'known issue' for some time now, I have to wonder who exactly is working on it!
