Browser connection failed

I have no idea how to get any support... on this website or thru my phone. My phone has been working fine for months, I just added my new unlimited monthly minutes, and now, suddenly I cant access my browser. PLEASE HELP ME>

I reupped, got that taken care of, long story, and now when trying to go online, connection fails.
