This post should be made sticky from one of the Administrators/Moderators of this forum as the infos are correct an valid.

The issue of not working data connection is not something that the Customer Service Phone number can fix. The solution is different and it's described here. But if you data connection is still not working the reason is another one and I will write a post later explaining the real solution.

How can you get mms on the iphone 4 ios 6.0.1 with Net10? I've only figured out how to work the data, but I've found no success with the mms.

iPhone 3gs

ios 6.0.1

So after a very long conversation with a great technical support person named Gabriel, I found out that net10 does not yet support the latest ios 6.0.1 software. If you have 6.0.0 software you can install the apn update from your phone at ipnupdate.net10.com. If you have 6.0.1, like I do, you may just have to thug it out with wi-fi until net10 makes an update for the ios 6.0.1.

Also if anyone knows how I can downgrade to 6.0.0 please let me know

I cannot get my APN settings to install properly. I would follow the directions above, but I do not have an old SIM card. I have an iphone 4 with 6.0.1. This is extremely frustrating. How can I get my data connection?
