Apn setting

Have my customer activated his phone this morning and everything works except the web.
He has a HTC Aria
The following is the setting:

Name
NET10
Apn
att.mvno
Proxy
proxy.mvno.tracfone.com
port
80
mmsc
http://mmsc.cingular.com/
mms proxy
mms2.tracfone.com
and 66.209.11.33 tried both
mms port
80
MCC
310
MNC
410
Apn type
default,mms,supl


Please help
