airtime pin not activating

I purchased the $50 BYOP kit and when prompted to enter my airtime pin during activation an error pops up and says my pin is not active and i need to try again in 30 minutes. I have tried waiting 30 minutes multiple times and nothing works. Can someone please help me solve this

This is happening to me, too! I called the number to activate it, but they wanted me to return to the store and have them scan the barcode. I asked them before I left the store if I they needed to scan anything extra and they said no! Help!
