Porting Issues

Hi,

I ported a line off of my Verizon family plan onto net10 using the same phone. Both net10 representatives and Verizon reps say the port was successful, but ever since the port started the phone hasn't been working. Restarting the phone and factory wiping the phone hasn't worked. The phone can not send or receive calls or texts and the phone number appears dead. It has now been a week since the port started. The phone number is desperately needed for doctors appointments and bank accounts as no one is doing anything in person anymore.
