What is the access number for International calls made from Alaska? If we don't have one, when will we have that service here?

Good day, koru. My name is Jessica Net and I'lle be addressing your question. If you are calling from Alaska to somebody just within United States then you don't need to have an access number because it's not considered as International long distance call but if you are trying to make an international call outside United States then here is how you do it:

1. From NET10 Nokia models DIAL 1-800-584-7652.
2. From all other NET10 models DIAL * 1 and the “send” key or dial 1-800-584-7652.
3. SELECT language (1-English, 2-Spanish). Listen to dialing instructions.
4. DIAL 011 + country code + city code + telephone number. (For Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada and Dominican Republic just dial: 1 + city code + telephone number).

Note: Please wait to be connected; DO NOT press any other key on your NET10 or your call might be disconnected.

Hope this helps. Please let us know. Thank you.

Hello Jessica,
When I dialed 1-800-584-7652, I get the following message: "We are sorry. You have dialed a number which cannot be reached from your calling area. 51"
Prior to replacing our sims card we could dial international calls from our 907 area code. One of the reasons we chose Net 10 as our provider was so that we could make international calls from our cell phone.
We would appreciate your assistance to get this international calling feature back to our cell phone

Hello Jessica,
You have asked, "What number are you trying to call?" The number I am trying to call is the access number for International calling, 1-800-584-7652. When I dial 1-800-584-7652, I get the following message: "We are sorry. You have dialed a number which cannot be reached from your calling area. 51" I am calling on my Net 10 cell phone from a 907 area code number which is in Alaska, which the 49th state of USA. I am trying to make the call from Alaska. I am attempting to call a phone in New Zealand (outside of USA), but, of course, I don't get to that stage of the call because I get the fatal message: "We are sorry. You have dialed a number which cannot be reached from your calling area. 51" and the call ends.

We would appreciate your assistance to get this international calling feature back to our cell phone
