30 days and my internet isn't working or pic messaging, numerous calls, nothing! I can't get credit I can't switch back to my other phone??????????? Customer service!!!! Omg!!! They're are worse than virgin mobile!! No one can fix it. All I hear is" I'm sorry to hear that". Or "I understand". Which they clearly don't. My daughter 2 months ago paid her phone bill and tried to sign up with autopay. They disconnected her phone, changed her phone number she couldn't get airtime added to her phone because they changed her number it took 2 days to get it back, I have to have net10 because they're the only ones who's service works down here in Southern Illinois! I have never seen such customer service.....they're right up there with comcast!!!!!
What do I do??????
